For head pain I think you should get the vision test done for your child and maybe sometimes you do spectacles also a child can often have headache and for fever you can give Calpol to the child as of now if it is continuous then I suggested to get a blood test done for your child

headache and fever is usually seen together.
there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other common causes are nutritional deficiency as well as anemia and decrease sleep and more screen time if  going on according to age.
paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the problem is occurring again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology
