Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. see doctor. speech delay can be due to many reasons and hence to know it needs a detailed examination ENT specialist visit to know any hearing impairment or any stimulus causes of poor speech in baby .
Reduce screen time no mobile or tv for speech development . Speech therapy is best help if ENT issue is not there.
