no you should not let it be as it is..
you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination and early treatment of the Decayed milk teeth

you can visit the dentist and speak regarding
follow good oral hygiene
brushing twice is recommended
you can use Babyhug toothpaste for baby
