NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu should be giving your child iron rich food in the diet and you can be giving your child spinach rasins dry fruits apple beetroot which are all HEALTHY and nutritious and good for the growth of your child also and improve hb level also
