Hello It could be due to deficiency of iron as well I will advise you to go ahead with using an iron supplement for the child along with that also I’ll advise you to keep applying cucumber juice under the eyes of the child at least 2 to 3 times in a day and specially when your child is going to sleep and give at least to sleep for 12 hours to the child in a day
