#asktheexpert my son is getting 7 year old next month but his single milk tooth have not fallen yet. what can be the reason and what should we do now?

If the new ones are not coming as of now it’s not a problem as the process can start any time by the age of five years but if new ones are not coming in the old ones have not fallen down then it’s not a problem but if you see new is coming and the old hasn’t gone gone then consult a dentist please
