#AskTheExpert my son's milk tooth is not fallen yet his permanent tooth is showing on the back of milk tooth. what can be done. can this cause irregular teeth line.

A. hello mam it is better to wait for some time if the milk teeth does not come out of its on then you will have to visit a dentist regarding this the dentist will do the extraction of milk teeth
