#AskTheExpert my son is about to be 3 years old but still he looks like 1 year old baby. How to increase his height and weight? Please help me

A. Hello good evening !! Check about weight, height increasing monthly or atleast quarterly. Observe his readings (weight and height) according to age if less than the minimum range then consult Paeditrician, Nutritionist. Include milk, Diary products, fruit and vegetables, Leafy vegetables, dry fruits and nuts,dal, egg, meat in regular diet.
