#AskTheExpert My son is 8 months old. His birth weight was 3kg. He is weighing 10 kgs now. I read an article quoting that babies triple their birth weight by 1year age. I am worried if my son is overweight? Kindly share your thoughts on this and any measures I must follow to control his weight gain.

usually it does
but each baby is different
avoid packaged foods
also avoid too much of ghee if given in diet
give home cooked meals
