Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is 7 months old now. when he was one or two months old I use to get fever regularly due to milk congestion in right breast. I had nipple crake in right breast at third month and post that He nurses only from the left breast. I use to hand express the milk from the right breast to maintain the production and avoid any congestion and feed him that through spoon. Now he has started with solids. so there is no requirement of more milk. left breast milk is enough. how long should I hand express milk from right breast? I feel like feverish whenever I don't hand express the milk. is this due to milk congestion? what should I do?
