A. Thank you sir for your response. now since I have started with semi solid food. is there anything which I need to do for breast milk supply? Left breast is enough for feeding him entire day. would this create any problem in future?

A. it is better to feed the baby from right breast also expressed the milk and feed the baby from so that you will have continuous flow of milk . .

A. Applying a heating pad or warm cloth for 20 minutes at a time. ...
Soaking the breasts in warm Epsom salt baths for 10–20 minutes.
