#asktheexpert my son is 5 months old have frequent cries and putfingers in mouth seems like having some issue in teeth...can we expect teething now?...what are other symptoms of teething.

A. Dear parent, crying and puuting fingers in the mouth can be due to teething. You can check the mouth for any signs of teeth appearing or any ulcers or reddish areas elsewhere. Pediatrician can best examine thoroughly and diagnose.
