ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Include all food groups in your child's meals, give her small and frequent meals, make sure she's active throughout the day.
Give her calorie dense meals which are healthy too - aloo cheese frankie, nuts ladoo, paneer sandwich, fruit lassi, sprouts uttapam, fruit custard, corn bhel, dal pakoda, ragi chocolate pancake.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby.
give all that you cook for ur family.
add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur kids diet for weight gain
