#AskTheExpert My son is 3years old, he is having cough and cold from 2 days, but from yesterday he is breathing heavily like with a noise from nose. Every time while coughing he tries to vomit🤮.

A. ir is the flu. For common cold home remedies like giving steam to baby works very well and of fever is there then give paracetamol for same . Other remedy includes nasovion nasal drop for blocked nose and ascoril ls for cough .
