#AskTheExpert my son is 3 years 5 month old, he eats very less, his weight is 14kg and height is above average. currently I am giving him Zincovit syrup 5ml daily. he doesn't do potty daily only twice or thrice a week. he doesn't eat vegetables or juices, only dry roti and milk. please guide me what can i do.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.
Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation. tc
