ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay. sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their milk teeth..it's totally normal complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts by the age of 3-3.5 years.. so wait for some more time

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. Sometimes it can happen anytime by four months. Or even before four months too it happens for few babeis. Sometimes six months sometimes even a year untill 1.5 years most babies will start to have by 11 months.
