#AskTheExpert my son is 13 months old,how many times he should eat food other than milk in a day.

A. Babies above one year old will not need any more milk than 500ml. So u can give a total milk intake upto 500ml per day split into two or three feeds. Anything more than this can fill the the baby's tummy and the child may start resisting other foods. Other than milk u can give three meals per day and one snack or two snacks in the mid morning and evening.
