#AskTheExpert my son is 10months old , abhi winter me everyday night me nose bandh ho jata hai , so what can we do, wo thik se soo nahi pata hai .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently
steam inhalation can also be helpful inhyb this condition

Put nasal saline drops to unblock nose and Apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and throat to open the blocked nose.
