Please do apply coconut oil and your breastmilk there. Most skin related issues in babies below 1 year go on own by doing the same.
If not, try using bitadin or Clocip powder there. Make sure it doesn't go in mouth of baby. Try using Babyhug Playmate and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
