my baby is 10 month old .. her feet and hands feels hot sometimes temperature shows 91.2F on feet and hands but body temperature is normal 97-98F. is it Normal?

A. the baby is 10 month says it is quite natural that in small babies the hands feet and head will be warmer for the feeling because of more blood supply to this body parts
