RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Nmfe Vitamin E cream you can apply on to that area 2 to 3 times in a day as and when needed as long as you want to it’s a completely save one is the regular cream but it is specifically good for dry and scaly skin so you can use this
