Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. for pain you can continue to give paracetamol and for coughing do not worry just give warm water to drink and antihistaminic sand anti cold medicines will help in this and you can give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk
