AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom These are mosquito bites. Apply coconut oil on the skin to get relief from redness and itching and reduce the swelling. U can buy babyhug mosquito repellent spray or mosquito patches to get rid of the mosquitoes. Take care and all the best
