Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. this could be because of iron deficiency anemia it's called pica here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all your doubts further in proper way and it wovuld be helpful .

Probably your child could be having deficiency of calcium in the body which is why your child is only eating these things which are very unhealthy for the child you can check with your doctor and you can start giving a necessary calcium supplement to your child
