#asktheexpert my son aged 9 years is allergic. He sneeze most of the time. His weight is only 23 kg. He eat sufficient food. What can I do for relieving him from sneezing and to gain weight?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. to gain weight you can give potato sweet potato ragi dalia dry fruit as cashew almonds walnuts pista in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount..
sneezing could be allergies as dust wind cold weather try to monitor..
you can take homeopathy medicine..
