#AskTheExpert my son aged 5 years till now he is not able to eat spicy food, how to make him eat spicy food.

In starting you have to add very less spices in babies regular food. In with the time you should start giving normal spices as you are adding in your daily routine food. This is the only solution to introduce spices to your baby. If you will continue giving normal food to your baby and will not add any spices then baby will never start eating.
