#AskTheExpert My son 14 months old. please tell the diet which we can given to him. Because he is only mother breastfeeding and it is not sufficient.

A. Hello mom as he is one year old , by now the toddler can be given regular foods that you make at home for the family , so your feed yes won’t be sufficient for him
