#asktheexpert my son (1.9years) caught cough and cold in like every 2 months. Is it okay if I don’t give him medicine everytime and rely on natural healing with the right diet?

Yes you can give Natural medicine
But if there is more cough it may require proper treatment
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
You can give turmeric milk twice daily
Give tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture
Use saline nasal drops
