#asktheexpert my second month pregnancy is going on and I have faced gastric troubles and vomitting. plz suggest what should I do ?

A. Maybe that’s you are having some digestion related issues or maybe it is gas as you mentioned because of that vomiting can be seen so you can you eno or Digene take and also consult your gynaecologist for any particular medication that is needed to be taken during this time
