Hello, your baby boy is 12 months old and he is getting very tired after getting a fever so mostly he is hypoglycaemic so give him glucon D powder orally or ORS spoon by spoon and fruits juice

baby is one year old and is having fever after fever baby has become slow and sluggish and lethargic so it is not a good sign it can be a symptom of fever is going into brain please consult your pediatrician

hello since the child was sick it can be due to the medication effect and weakness and make sure to give fluids well alo g with a healthy food in small quantity frequently and soon the child will get back to normal and is absolutely nothing to worry about
