#asktheexpert my lo is 8 months old he is completely on family pot he likes to eat sugar and salt food ...should I give him??

A. Try not to give your baby foods that are high in sugar or salt . Too much sugar is bad for your baby's emerging teeth, while too much salt is bad for their kidneys . If your baby gets a taste for sugary or salty foods, it may be harder for you to persuade them to try healthy options
