Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello If your child is thin yet very active, sleeps well, develops milestones normally, is happy& has good immunity then pls don't worry about the weight Just make sure to give only home cooked foods & avoid packaged junk foods
