A. hi Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situationBaby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctorDon't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.
