#AskTheExpert my kid is 6 months old..can we start water for her. what else can be added to her meal like cerelac..cow milk? thanms

A. Hi mom Cow milk or buffaflo milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. Yes u can start giving water to ur baby. U can give cerelac, khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree, daal ka pani, etc to ur baby. Take care
