#AskTheExpert My kid eats snacks and other stuff by watching tv(I feel its somewhat better than watching mobile) but when it comes to eating rice she eats very little by watching tv and then we need to turn to mobile for rhymes to make her eat . Any suggestions on how to make them eat without mobile ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Don't addict him to mobile or tv in meal time. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together. Also make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating
