#AskTheExpert My Four and half years daughter is still 13 kgs weight. Her weight gain has been on the lower side from the beginning though birth weight was 3.2kgs. Please advise some diet which help her get good weight gain for her age

A. Hello father As far as your child is active for his age and eating well there is no issue at all not to worry give as much the child is comfortable to eat without been forced you can try to enhance certain recipes with ingredients like dry fruits and nuts you can add ghee to his meals seasonal fruits and vegetables can be given Chana ,Rajma other cereals and millets are also quite helpful Paneer ,milk ,soya ,egg etc
