Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi wait for few days more if a child is not able to hold his neck and head well by the age of 4 months then you should consult your pediatrician. please give enough tummy time. give gentle massage with Babyhug coconut oil everyday. give early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day
