My baby is going to be 3 months old but he is not holding his neck

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. neck holding of the child should be present by 4 months to maximum 5 months of age.
regular massage of the back as well as xthe neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area.
if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 months it is important to meet the doctor for examination tox find the cause of delayed milestones

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. After completing the time of three months a child would be able to hold partially its neck and by completing the time of six months it would be totally stable so this is normal for your child as of now
