#AskTheExpert my due date is 21 July but no pain till now and no bloody discharge only feel pressure on Virginia than kab tak delivery jo sakti hai. baby position is cephalic and everything is normal than normal delivery hogi ya nahi. please suggest what to do for normal delivery

A. please get pv. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

A. Hi dear we cannot do anything as such to change the position of the baby. Baby will rotate inside itself. secondly As the due date is 21 july, pain can start anytime.. It can be today also or 21 itself.. we cannot say when the pains will actually start. stay happy and stress free which is most important at this time.
