ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. not necessary to feed it. If the baby is having gases or colics you can try Colicaid drops.
Burp properly after each feeding is important.
You should feed only breast feeds as complete food to your baby for the first 6 months
