#AskTheExpert My daughter is going to turn 1 year old this 30th. i have not got my periods.This is my second pregnancy. I have pcod. With my first pregnancy i got my period after 1 year.It was very painful.

if you are nursing mother,then it is normal to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey.
it will regularise by own naturally.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
