Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is almost 3 years old. Her meltdowns and tantrums have grown leaps and bounds. she does not listen to anything I say. i have tried talking calm, making her understand, making it like a game, sometimes scolding, nothing works. she will cry for anything and everything . little things like brushing, washing hands etc is a massive struggle. she is a happy spirited child but her temper tantrums are getting worse. i don't know if this is normal for her age or I should get advice from a counselor.

A. yes you can definitely take help of counsellor but at the end parents are the best counselor that one can have and it is also important to decrease the screen time that is TV mobile and laptop and give more time to the child speaking to the child and playing with the child and not let the child be alone
