yes. see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok

It Maybe an issue which is what steroid is used which is why your doctor must have advised but at this age or at any steroids or not a very good idea maybe to some infection or something so as of now if you are not comfortable with using it then don’t use it just use coconut oil regularly and shampoo and clean the scalp properly sometimes due to dirty scalp also kids can face these issues
