#asktheexpert my daughter is 8months old. she often wakes up and starts to cry at night. when I hold her she stops crying and fall asleep soon. Is she having any problem with tummy or is it normal for babies?

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.v other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and manvaged accordingly .
