Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initiallzy you can stcart with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

The Just six months old not six years old so don’t worry about it you start giving is little little quantity of food to the child at this age even if a child has 5 to 6 teaspoons of food at a point of time then that’s very very good like it’s great kind of a thing so keep working on it and also give different variety to the child along with that you have to be very sure that you adding all the necessary spices to the food
