#AskTheExpert My daughter is 4 years old. She has started offline school for first time. She doesn't eat anything in school. I have tried giving her favourite things but nothing works. And her sleep and food routine has been changed due to which she has lost appetite. Please guide me how can I help her. aWhat food items should I include in her diet??

A. Give It minimum of big slowly down for the child I would say that through the day and make your child sleep properly during the night time this week in the morning the activities are going to be much better as a child should be having as per the age
