#asktheexpert my daughter is 2 years 1 month and she has become a fussy eater all of a sudden. Earlier before touching 2 years she would hardly wake up in the middle of the nights but now it’s almost every night she wakes up asking for milk. Please suggest me on how should I not force feed her. Right from her breakfast till her last meal of the day, it’s always me force feeding her. At times I just let it be and I don’t force feed her.

As a mother yes it is concerning as to if the child is not eating well, but these behvaiours of the toddlers are pretty normal ,

You may best make a diet routine set their meal, snack , milk time etc
