If it is open, not to worry. I would suggest to get it properly examined by the gynecologist and follow her advice for the same .
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
