Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is 17month old. she has started having steps without support . she can walk 10-15 steps independently and will sit. also can climb stairs (10-15) my concern is how much time child takes to walk smoothly without sitting in between after started taking first few steps?

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking indegpendently and sometimes it may take even longer but ing no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

Your child is doing 10 to 5 stairs and steps that is very good that means your child is obviously covering up a good or level as per the age of the child at this age kids don’t even know how to climb the staircase your child is already doing Yesudas good enough give it some Bhai HI will be confident enough to reach the milestone
