#AskTheExpert my daughter is 15months through normal delivery..and breastfeedin no health isses..i still didnt get my periodafter delivry

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. many times when you are giving breastfeeding it can lead to lactational amenorrhea and there might be absence of periods but in your case if it is not occurring at this time and age of the child it is advisable to meet your doctor once

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, It depends from person to person. Ideally as per doctors it can happen any time after 6 weeks. But mostly women Start having it anytime after 4-5 months and can also go upto 12 months. If problem persists for long then you should with your doctor.
