baccho ko teething phase k time pe jyada salivation hota hai.. ye problem saare milk teeth k eruption k baad thik ho jaegi.
aap baby wipes ya fir soft cotton cloth use kare.

This is normal. In teething time, baby mouth form more saliva. It will be ok in time. Don't worry. Just keep the mouth clean using cotton cloth dipped in water.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
